籽田野菜屋 — Restaurant in Hsinchu

During my last night in Hsinchu, I search for few vegan restaurants and mostly all closed when we reached there..I super glad that all those restaurants were closed and lead me to discover this gems..

If I found this restaurant sooner, I would obviously make this restaurant my regular.. Super bz, crowded but manages to get my seat..

Eventhough they close at 8pm, they will still taking orders and serving you to the very end of the operating hours..kudos for that..

The food was so amazing.. And the portion was heaven.. I literally cannot finish..I was too full.. And I also need to make room for their brown sugar mochi as well..

Seriously...

Plus points : Cute Japanese ramen-aistic ambience Cats Wonderfully tasty, steaming hot bowls of ramen Mochi with condensed milk Amazing Ramen Cats Negative points : None.

On a serious note, they have good support for foreigners and are super helpful to accommodate any dietary requests . I've eaten almost everything on the menu here over many, many visits and this continue to be one of our favorite haunts in Taiwan.

Honestly the best vegan noodles I've had in my life, not just in Taiwan but anywhere! The Tsukemen noodles are out of this world!!! The dipping sauce is not too spicy at all and the depth of flavor is really amazing. The service is great and the atmosphere is really cute (if you're lucky you might get to see one of the shop cats wandering around 😊) The place fills up quickly so it's suggested to arrive early to secure a table. Highly recommended will definitely be back...
