My favorite brunch place in Hsinchu♡ Highly recommend! As a foodie, I discover so many place in Hsinchu but this is my best choice! I cannot live without the flavor of the Chinese omelet with mashed potato here. I come every week though I am not live nearby. Though the place is not too big but the service of the staff is really nice, they are energetic and friendly.I feel as comfortable as home when the "auntie" greetings us with a fantastic smile :) By the way, she always make a "customized" omelet for me without green onions,it is VERY touching! Do not hesitate to try the food here, it is really a traditional and local Taiwanese...

The food is really good, and there is almost always a queue of about 30 mins. You will have to write your order and remember your number that's on the order sheet. (great for non natives- cos Google translate and then copied the characters).then take a seat and help yourself to the drink from the fridge. Payment is done after the food is ready.

The forever crowded breakfast shop. Writing down your own order in Chinese on a piece of paper placed at counter is a challenge, but I believe the owner will help if you are finding it difficult to do so.
