This place reminds me of hipster coffee shops in Surry Hills, Sydney. It's just a bit more modern. Love the coffee! Finally, I found a proper long black in Hsinchu. Scone is great and guess what?! They serve T2 tea, Omg😍. What can I ask for more? when I miss Australian coffee I definitely will come here.

A small hipster space (string lights, store merchandise and all). There are three small tables inside and an additional three outside. You are required to order a drink to dine in. The drinks are reasonably priced so it's no big deal, especially as you need a beverage to pair with their stale scones. Maybe that's why they need that cream sandwiched in. Definitely props for their flat white presentation and latte...

雖然是第一次分享狐狸家，但我已經默默回購三次，再不分享就真的拖太久了🙈 狐狸家有室內與戶外坐位，在月底時可以訂購下個月的司康，建議直接到他們的粉專看說明會更詳細喲!

狐狸家的司康介於餅乾和蛋糕間的口感，回烤後的司康外殼酥脆，內裡鬆軟，有著雞蛋與奶油香氣。單吃可能會覺得稍乾一些，但配上他們的抹醬真的超讚！

原味的是經典款，如果要好好享受奶油香氣，點原味準沒錯！我個人的最愛則是比利時珍珠糖，回烤搭配鮮奶油，咬下後感受脆脆甜甜的比利時糖粒在口中跳躍，與司康奶香完美融合💯 楓糖培根也是我很愛的口味，楓糖漿搭配略為焦脆的培根，鹹甜鹹甜的滋味配上奶油起司，吃一顆就很滿足。

可可法芙娜是濃厚巧克力的司康，苦中帶些甜的大人味；抹茶無花果搭配的抹茶抹醬順口；伯爵奶茶司康搭配伯爵鮮奶油，茶葉清香中帶點鹹味；蔓越莓則有滿滿的果乾；太妃香草肉桂的肉桂香與鹽味焦糖搭配，又香又好吃。

（沒錯！基本上已經吃過一輪他們的口味了❤️ 如果選擇困難，那就全部都吃🙌😆）

對了！雖然雖然司康很厲害，但咖啡的好喝程度也是不遑多讓。甘甜順口、奶泡細膩，超適合配司康一起享用！戶外區的座位也很有異國風情，如果來到新竹記得來試試！
