I’ll never come here again. My daughter has a egg allergy , and I asked politely for them to put the ice cream of my shaved ice on the side . They told me , they cannot put the ice cream on the side , if I want to I can scoop it myself on the side.

How hard is it to put the ice cream on the side . The people serving were so incompetent, that they didnt even want to listen to what we were trying to say. What if people have a life threatening allergy ?

One of my friends has been FOREVER urging me to visit this place (which has two locations actually - walking distance from each other), as she was OBSESSED with the milk shaved ice thing that they do, AND the mango. Unfortunately when I eventually did visit - it was not mango season, but strawberry. This was not disappointing however, as the strawberries with milk shaved ice was DELICIOUS.
