It was the red wine marinate that caught my attention. The fragrance of the Chinese red wine is present but I am used to much stronger Chinese red wine, it is a little mild for me while i do an appreciate its flavour. Perhaps I linked it with the red wine chicken that I am familiar with so expectations were a little different. Objectively, it is beautifully done with the skin thin and stretchy.
