This Shaanxi restaurant is tucked away in a quiet alley—nothing too flashy on the outside, so it might not catch your eye if you walk by. But once you step inside, you’ll realize just how great it is. The atmosphere is quite comfortable, making it a perfect spot for both small groups of two or bigger gatherings with family and friends.
The small dishes served as appetizers are a nice touch. I loved the bamboo shoots with a mild mala flavor, which had just the right balance of heat. The shiitake mushrooms were tender and delicious, and the thin cut seaweed salad had a lovely tangy taste that complemented the meal perfectly.
I absolutely love their 濃香椒麻麵(concentrated spicy mala pepper noodles). The spice bomb adds a wonderful aroma, and the saltiness from the garlic slices is just perfect. Every bite of the noodles, with the garlic, is so flavorful—it’s hard to stop eating!
The pork dishes are fantastic too. The meat is tender and juicy, but still has a nice chewy texture on the outside. Whether it’s the deep-fried or braised pork, both are delicious.
The stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts is another highlight—spicy and savory, with a great crunch from the cashews.
Since I went with just one other person, I didn’t get to try much more, but I did have the cheese-filled fried dumplings for dessert. For me, the milk flavor was a bit too strong, but I’m not sure if it’s because of goat’s milk (since I don’t eat goat).

Read more[有菜色評價] CP值不錯的陝西菜,回訪多次菜色大都不錯,以孜然花椒調味為主,像平價版的秦味館。推薦黃燜方塊肉、避風塘蝦、剁椒/金橙魚片、宋嫂魚羹等。麵飯部分也多有水準,麻婆豆腐/紅燒牛肉燴飯、水餃、嫩蛋飯、油潑腰帶麵等等都很棒。 另外跟秦味館一樣是有預約菜的,需提早數天訂購。調味小辣偏酸麻但不會過鹹,合乎台灣人口味。但要注意大部分的品項都會辣,例如黃燜方塊肉、炒高麗、紅燒牛肉和蔥豉牛肉沒特別講的話都是辣的,建議可先詢問店家確認。
一些吃過的主菜:(依推薦程度排序,因為都是外帶所以不含預約菜) 🥩黃燜方塊肉:好吃推薦!肉塊先炸後燜,肉塊多口感鮮嫩,配上佐料的金針菇/蝦米/紅蘿蔔很搭,要注意這道會辣,可請店家做不辣。 🥘宋嫂魚羹:很推薦的特色菜,魚肉已打碎在羹湯裡每口都吃得到,口感滑順鮮美!整體份量偏少,考慮是功夫菜可接受。 🦐避風塘蝦:個人滿喜歡,有大約8~9隻炸大蝦可以連殻吃,配上炸蒜末和麵包粉的避風塘底料,相當過癮。不過調味偏鹹,尤其是底料的豆豉(建議挑掉)。 🐟剁椒魚片:能吃辣的會很愛!重油口味,像秦味館的泡椒魚片,魚肉配上小顆青辣椒、花椒和蒜片很過癮。 🐟金橙魚片:炸魚片搭配柳橙片、蒜片以及濃郁的柳橙醬,清爽好吃很推薦。 🥗肉香高麗菜:和秦味館的熗辣高麗菜有87%像。肉給得大方,麻麻辣辣偏油重口好吃,普通的炒高麗也不錯(但預設也會辣)。 🥩椒麻蹄筋:蹄筋麻麻QQ的口感不錯,份量不多。 🥩大漢羊肉串:羊肉串是用炸的,有四串價格合理,肉質不錯不過硬,但口感油了點(畢竟是炸的)。 🥩宮保雞丁:不推,雞丁先炸後炒,份量算多,可惜沒有麻的口感,而且辣的口感蓋過其他味道,花生多到有點詭異。 🍲酸奶燜肉鍋:很像帶奶味的酸菜白肉鍋,口味居然偏清淡,個人覺得可以再酸鹹點,燜肉和大腸還OK。 🥩蔥豉牛肉:詢問有沒有不辣的肉推薦這道,結果裡面還是很多辣椒?!整體調味偏台式川菜,味道普通。
