2nd visit: still hard to choose as the entire menu looks so good! I got the 6 piece mushroom takoyaki, and the pumpkin curry udon set meal for 310nt total. Both of then were soooo good~ the udon was chewy and satisfying with lots of veggies inside plus crispy pan fried tofu skin on top. The mushroom takoyaki was crispy outside and soft and flavorful inside with big chunks of juicy mushroom and sweet corn, and it was super satisfying to dip in the sweet mustard and ketchup combo sauce. I need to be coming here a lot more often 😋

1st visit: I really, really enjoyed my meal here ❤ Got the tempeh burger with a set meal (+70nt for side salad, drink/miso soup and potato fries), 200nt total. The server girls are friendly, the space is really well lit and comfortable (they sell some vegan condiments and things like reusable straws too!) And most of all the vegan food is really yummy ~ The burger consistently of a burger bun with lovely crunchy oats and seeds on top, filled with fresh veggies, deep fried tempeh and this amazing sweet mustard sauce that really paired everything together! The salad had a light citrus vinegar dressing and crunchy pepitas and the dragonfruit was very sweet~ miso soup was flavorful and a bit creamy (from soy milk I wonder?). I will absolutely come again for a healthy burger fix and to next time try their vegan Takoyaki, donburi rice bowls and stirfried udon ♡ honestly everything on the menu looked and sounded very good (including their matcha and chocolate cakes!) The food was good, but how the staff organized seating was enfuriating. First the young lady pointed to a table for two and we sat there. Then after a very short while she said, that we will need to move, because she will join this table with the nearby one for 4 customers who made reservation. She expected us to move during eating! So I asked to move to another table before we eat. We got reassigned to a table where some man we don't know has already been sitting. Now I was sitting at seat where people would need me to slightly move my backpack (next to me) so they would grab the foldable storage box for their bags. One woman (customer) did not ask me to move, took the foldable box herself and (by accident) threw my white hat on the ground without apologizing. To make the experience complete, when it started to rain heavily, the man working there took our drinks and only after taking them he apologized, that he is going to move us to another table (again...), becauae it rains there where we were sitting (indoors). When I looked up, I saw a big untreated moldy spot on the ceiling. While both the drinks and food were good, how we got treated by the staff was not...

I rarely do negative reviews but this was important. We walked in for dinner and there were 3 tables open. We go to sit down and the gentlemen server shakes his head no and says “booked”. The lady then comes over, they speak some Mandarin then say its ok. We watch two other couples come in and take the other tables and they didn’t say a word to them.

We went there for their Takoyaki balls hearing about their reviews. We went up and placed 2 orders and the lady says no. Then the gentlemen server comes over and says there is a minimum order of $180NT per person. No reviews say anything about this and the spot on the menu he pointed to does not translate to anything about an order minimum. They told us we had to take away if we wanted to just get them. We ordered them anyway since we went pretty far to get them.

I thought the flavor was ok but would not buy them again.

Overall we have had amazing experiences in Taipei both times we have been here, all the people are awesome. But this place is the exception. I would not recommend if you...
