An average Chinese restaurant on the busy NanJing E. road, the restaurant claimed that they are specialized in Zhejiang Cuisines – a cuisine originated from mainland China which focused on the raw ingredients, but personally I think it has been influenced by local flavor heavily.
One dish I like was the pan fried pancake made from taro and duck meat, I am not a fan of duck meat but the aroma and sweetness of taro mash was amazing.
