店員服務態度很好，但是不知道為什麼飲料特別淡。 第一次在小巨蛋店點翡翠柳橙，淡到像是平常的二分之一而已，每次去麻古都是點翡翠柳橙，第一次喝到這麼淡的，真的很驚訝也很失望… 以後應該會避開小巨蛋店。 回覆店家評論：因為一直以來都是點一樣的無糖微冰，知道無糖的口味會比有糖還來的淡一些，但真的是第一次喝到這麼淡的🥲

不錯喝喔，最愛草莓果粒波波，每年只有12～3月才有，喝到草莓就是心情好。 今天遇到的店員工作很勤快，服務很好。 最近跟史努比聯名，實在是太可愛了，整體店家風格強烈，在等飲料時可以好好欣賞這些可愛的佈置，讓人一整天心情很好。

Came at night - I guess right before closing. Service was awful by the girl up front. Drink was garbage, the worst I’ve had in a while (even compared to other Macu). NT75 straight to garbage.

店員很專注的在做飲料 站在櫃檯前等了一陣子才被接待 然後店員講話音量超小聲 根本不知道此時此刻他是來點餐還是做飲料做到一半心血來潮想玩一下POS機 點了一杯之後 店員不是說這樣就好嗎或是還需要其他的嗎 而是直接說金額 真是有夠不想做生意 說要載具 也只比了櫃檯上的機器 因為手機有很多個條碼 可能刷到別的 詢問店員有刷到嗎 店員冷冷的回覆說我刷的不是載具 又再刷一次也再詢問一次有成功刷到嗎 店員一樣冷冷的回覆有 接著飲料做好 一樣用生無可戀的表情搭配極小音量說出號碼

我以為我是來手搖飲店 但其實原來是圖書館嗎?

建議店長如果員工心情不好就讓他休假一天吧 一天不夠的話看要不要乾脆休長假?

Btw對於飲品 店員也沒給予建議 點了一杯冰萃檸檬一分糖 回家喝...

每次買麻古幾乎都點柳橙果粒，之前喝都沒問題，但今天買了兩杯，都有問題，幾乎是水的味道，果粒也少超級多，喝了覺得太詭異，直接把封膜打開看，果粒根本就是浮在水面一點點而已。 我買的另一杯是請人喝的，他也問我這是不是倒錯了，是不是把洗柳丁的水拿來用，近乎沒味道。 連續工作超過24小時，想說喝個清爽的放鬆一下，花了共150元買兩杯很淡的柳橙口味的清水，結果回家喝下去變這樣，真的太失望了。 看了評論，好像也有人遇過同樣的狀況，本來以為是亂講的，結果發生在自己身上....，而且連續發生是不是代表其實製作上的什麼程序有問題，或其實有員...
