the atmoshere was great (4 stars). service (4stars) was good, however service 10years ago was better, it got more warm and human touch. now it fill robotic. like our dessert take away they dun even provide a spoon. but they do provide if u take away the main. i was wow..... amazing first time i encounter this. even at a lower lever resturant would give us a plastic spoon. how much is a plastic spoon, when customers had plab around NTD2000-3000per head. food 1 star. the food was really bad. thw soup was normal. the bread was normal. the main was terrible the beef was below medium n the sauce was tasteless. no salt was offer. i need to keep order the sauce to go with the beef. my daughter wanted a midium well done. it came out like me midium rare. they too it back and redo, it came out pretty much the same midium rare. they never ask us whether the food was ok. or any improvement. i guess the stafd knows the food wad bad when compare to precovid. after the main i knew they had change management. i googled true enough they had. sad to see this drop in.standard. i would never spend ntd 6000 for such below average food. the serving was in a mess. before all the entre was serve, than main was serve. than before we even half way finishing the main. the desert drink was out. its now becomes a very chinese style of westerner...

Ambiance and service are great but the meal took over 3 hours! It's a tiny place, they only take reservations so they should be able to pace the orders pretty well. We had a group of 14 and our food arrived, staggered. It was to the point where some would be done and others hadn't even received their food yet. The entrees were cold. Food itself was decent but portions are tiny except the main course. However, since the entree was cold, it wasn't as enjoyable. The pork chop was the best because they take your ribs and cook them some more, and it arrives steaming hot.

There were some errors with the orders. The ones we pointed out were corrected without question.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have a lot of time to spend. It's quiet, clean and pretty inside so it would good for a date or catching up...

Came here to celebrate my birthday with husband and kids. The food didn't awe but it was still good and I really appreciated the Taiwanese elements incorporated into the menu, like the marinated 王品牛小排 and 蜜地瓜. Toddlers are served complimentary--not to mention generous--servings of bread, soup of choice, and juice, so we only had to order two sets. Some of the servers were a little awkward, seemingly unsure of themselves and not so familiar with procedures, e.g. where to place things, whether two discounts can be used simultaneously, how to transfer steak from one plate to another. But what some lacked in practice, they all made up for in attitude and their eagerness to accommodate to our needs. All in all, good...
