inefficient lines and cheap decor. First you have to wait on the line ( sounds normal right?) After you get inside the indoor seating area you have to wait until a table is actually available to then be ushered to order and pay at the machine, only THEN will you be seated and your order will be started. There is no good use of space at all, they will seat party of two in a 4 seat table. It could’ve been split to accommodate 2 parties of 2 at the same time but they’d rather prolong the wait. Even after you get seated your ramen isn’t ready until 5-10 mins after you get seated.
Ramen was okay, but definitely not worth 2 hour wait.
Indoor waitstaff is 2 people, they will collect bowls with their hands and make multiple trips to clear out 4 bowls. 2 bowls per trip. Then another trip to go back to the table to wipe the table. It’s simply easier to go to the table with a cart and clear it out in one go no? Again extending guest’s wait time.
In the kitchen area there are 3 chefs? But takes 5-10 mins to dish out ramen.
Everything is premade, soup is premade, all the stuff is premade. The only thing you need to do is boil the noodles, what’s taking so long?
Worst of all, tomatoes and cabbages do NOT belong in ramen! Tempura was lukewarm and soggy that it’s better to go without.
Overrated and not worth any sort...

I appreciate ramen stores like this which keeps the flavors Japanese, instead of other places which make the broth less salty, less rich, the noodles softer, to cater to a Taiwanese palate....
Read moreSome of the most luxurious ramen I've ever had. Better than some of the best in Tokyo and New York! The broth is impossibly unctuous. The chicken broth ramen was the standout. The chicken breast slices were tender and full of flavor. That broth...oh man. So...
