The bbq chicken and beef was freshly flame grilled right in front of us topped with a glaze of delicious sauce that is subtlety sweet on top of rice. Comes with seaweed, tofu, and a soft boiled egg. It's a taste you can't get at home. Will definitely be back to try the other proteins. A+++++++. Best bbq I've had so far...

雙拼霜降肥牛及唐揚咕咕雞黃金醬 $190 必須鼓勵唐揚雞的肉質以及外皮 外皮酥酥脆脆的 吃起來還會卡滋卡滋 雞皮香和酥炸的香氣 搭配上黃金醬微微的辣感 讓人愛不釋手 肥牛的部分 我個人覺得份量滿多的 肉質 不會乾柴 但需要咀嚼一下子 香氣真的很足 油花滿多的😋

高麗菜是我最喜歡的配菜 高麗菜香氣很強烈 感覺事前爆香應該很足夠 口感算是比較偏軟的 但我真的蠻喜歡

豆乾雖然只有一塊 但滷得非常入味 光看顏色就可以一窺一二 溏心蛋的部分 蛋黃不會到乾乾的 瑾瑩剔透的金黃色 和水潤的口感 相信大家一定會喜歡😍

我個人覺得黃金醬和烤肉醬的唐揚雞 最大的不同差在整個的濕度以及鹹味 後者濕度比較高 比較不會燥 此外前者的味道是由黃金醬賦予的 當然雞肉本身也有鹹味 但後者的烤肉醬給予唐揚雞更多層次的感受 鹹度比較高 但…兩種的雞肉量都好多 賺爛了😍

每份餐點都會附贈味噌湯一碗...

這家店的整體感覺有點像是「普通版」的飯飯（火車站附近轉角的那家），在 CP 值方面與飯飯相當，價格與份量的搭配算是合理。如果單論餐點表現，唐揚雞明顯比燒肉更優秀，黃芥末醬的酸甜風味恰到好處，為炸雞增添了一層風味，整體來說還不錯。不過，唐揚雞本身的炸衣偏軟，與日式唐揚雞的酥脆口感不同，風格更接近台式炸雞，這部分見仁見智，喜歡酥脆外皮的話可能會覺得少了點層次感。 燒肉則比較普通，沒有特別突出的風味，無論是肉質、調味還是炭香都沒有讓人驚艷的地方，算是一道不會出錯但也不會讓人特別記住的菜色。 正餐前附上的味噌湯則表現得相當不錯，湯頭濃郁，帶有一種古早味的感覺，讓人聯想到火車站附近的大三元。對於喜歡味噌湯的人來說，這一碗算是有誠意的細節。 比較可惜的是唐心蛋，雖然外觀沒問題，但味道並沒有完全滲透進蛋黃，導致整體吃起來像是「只有皮囊，沒有靈魂」。如果能讓調味更深入蛋黃，這道菜的完成度會更高。 環境方面，與飯飯相比，這家店的內用空間明顯更優秀，用餐體驗相對舒適，適合想要悠閒吃飯的客人。此外，店址附近的停車也算方便，不像飯飯那樣可能需要繞一陣子找車位，這點對於開車族來說是一個加分項目。 整體來說，這家店的餐點表現中規中矩，唐揚雞與味噌湯值得一試，但其他品項則沒有太多亮點。如果想找一個環境較好的地方用餐，這裡會是不錯的選擇，但若是純粹追求餐點風味，可能還是得挑選比較有特色的品項才不會失望。
