遊牧餐桌Nomadic Trattoria — Restaurant in Taichung

A cute Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in an old taiwanese-style house. The food is good overall. The service is decent. We had a good experience there.

We ordered the pork knuckles and the steamed fish from their main course section as well as a seafood pasta and beef risotto with rice. The portions are generous and the quality of the food is generally good.

We ordered three sides: the Mexican wings, french fries, and a veggie and egg dish. They were all pretty good. I especially like the wings.

The desserts were fine. Nothing exceptional.

The house is restored in a charming way and it's a perfectly pleasant place to spend time eating...

Western Restaurant: Summary - A Hidden Gem. Out of hundreds of restaurants in Taiwan, we have rarely been so pleasantly surprised.

The Pros - The Fish Stew is made to perfection. The lamb rack offers an amazing blend of rich flavors. The steak and mushroom risotto is also worth multiple visits, and the portion sizes are very satisfying. Situated in a small, hidden alley, the interior is cozy and inviting. This combination of high quality dishes and affordable prices brings overall value that is hard to beat.

極度不推薦 沒看過這麼差勁的店家 肉質差 老闆有一顆莫名其妙的心 看到客觀的評論只會氣急敗壞檢討別人價值觀 完全不思改進餐點和服務

與其花時間模糊焦點和笑死 不如好好改進 以下幾點由於是事實 店家完全不正面回應 肉質差 且店家完全知情 沾醬來自知名連鎖賣場 反應問題當下和事後完全不打算處理

補充一下 店家承認肉在分切過程中確實有可能筋沒處理到... 那就好了 回去改進就好 還上來吵什麼？還要模糊什麼焦點？ 舉例來說 如果客人質疑我加味精但我沒有 我當下就會直接反駁 而不是懷疑客人是不是胡說 Prime等級牛肉 因為烹飪技術不佳可以整塊都是筋 長知識了！ 個人一向都是結帳才會反應問題 給店家參考 除非用餐當下店家有來詢問 比起用餐完反應 用餐時找服務生過來 更是想直接退換貨 造成店家損失不是嗎？ 不過也沒差 店家的態度就算用餐時反應 只是提早看到老闆輕蔑、高傲、訕笑的表情 想必結果不會有任何改變 個人是獨立客觀的消費者 不認識這家店的店員 店家之前獲得的評價是之前的事 我的評論是當下的感受 需要對自己和店家負責 因此我之前修改紀錄 一字不刪列在下面 難道一位前面考試都考100分的學生 下次考試就一定100分嗎？ 店家拿之前獲得評價來質疑我的公信力很奇怪... 店家要不要登門道歉對我沒差 不用禁不起負評就抹黑消費者是在要求什麼回饋 那怎麼不問給正面評價的 背後有什麼意圖？ …......….............................................. 看完店家回應 完全不推薦去那邊用餐 舒肥牛排黑松露燉飯的牛排筋很多 完全咬不斷 結帳時跟店員反應 店員只淡淡的說 不好意思 心裡想的是現在跟我說是想幹嘛 要吃好的肉不會去王X牛排喔？ 咬不斷、筋很多是什麼意思 我聽不懂... 另外 麵包沾醬和沙拉來自知名賣場 毫不驚艷 以價錢和店家回應態度來說 實在不划算
