一期家旅 1LI7E HOTEL — Hotel in Taichung

The apartment was incredibly spacious and well designed. The sofa was comfortable and smart TV was huge. We enjoyed staying in one on evening and watching a film! The bed was also massive and well dressed with comfy pillows and bedding.

The staff at reception were attentive and spoke good English. We were able to leave bags at reception before check-in, and after we checked out, which was a huge help.

Laundry facilities were available on the 5th floor, and were able to borrow a steam iron from reception. Internal soundproofing was great; we didn't hear a peep from other guests.

The rooftop terrace was particularly good, with ample seating for multiple groups of guests, and views across the city.

As other Google reviews indicate, the property is located on the intersection of a busy road, so the road noise was substantial at night. Ear plugs are freely available from reception, but I would not recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper as the road noise can be heard through...

I have been so happy to stay here, I absolutely recommend it! I requested an upper floor hoping to see the moon (sadly the balcony was unusable as there was an emergency crane in case of a fire hazard, but I didn't mind it too much, would be nice if it wasn't included in the price [for that specific room], as I wasn't able to use the balcony [maybe move the crane away from the door opening]) The Terrace (with great view) and the Common area are so nice to get...

Very loud and Taiwanese style: no isolated Windows. Means: gets hot easy so you need to run appreciating Air condition even in not hot days, and sound from outside even on sixth floor comes in as you would be standing at the big road. You simply can not understated went on earth in Taiwan they do not know or have isolated Windows like across whole Europe... You can be on first floor there and hear close to nothing from outside even...
