「 Le plein 」代表圓滿,期許能以誠摯滿懷的心意,製作出令人滿意的料理;讓品嚐過的美食者心滿意足,遂而帶來絡繹滿堂的幸福。
這次也是利用 「 屏什麼好玩微旅展 」活動(16日、17日),預約了第二天中午時段(假日限定)用餐,從住宿飯店步行20分鐘即可到達;
『 滿堂 Le Plein 』假日限定餐是以套餐為主,每個週末、假日午餐將提供四道式餐點 (前菜,熱前菜,湯,主菜)+甜點(另外加點) 餐前麵包🥯(馬鈴薯麵包) 皮酥內軟,嚐得出馬鈴薯的香氣外,內餡少許奶油提香,並增添水潤感,入口咀嚼越是香甜美味。
🦐胭脂蝦🦐 炙燒半熟的胭脂蝦、柚子沙拉、蝦油荷蘭醬、醃漬番茄、番茄凍,軟嫩鮮甜的胭脂蝦沾上蝦油作成的荷蘭醬,鮮味在口中散開,滿滿蝦的香氣撲鼻,太美味了;搭配清爽的沙拉與番茄凍(漬),開胃不少。
🐂台灣牛橫隔膜🐂 稍有嚼勁的炭烤台灣牛橫膈膜搭配豆豉醬 ,還真讓人出乎預料的搭,鹹甘美味,蘆筍、玉米筍、炸青龍、剝皮辣椒、胡椒辣椒醬,層層風味交錯,美味極了😋。
🐟澎湖紅甘🐟 很撈阿ㄟ鮮魚片切片 煙燻赤嘴 油條豆皮 老母雞湯 淋上熱雞湯(培根與雞的某部位及獨家配方熬煮)的瞬間,散發出撲鼻的香氣,微微攪拌讓魚肉均勻燙熟,魚肉、豆皮、油條變得清爽可口,搭上赤嘴的鹹香氣,更增添紅甘的鮮甜滋味。 🐖黑豬里肌🐖 慢烤黑豬里肌 栗子 稻香馬鈴薯泥 碩大塊的稻香黑豬里肌,搞剛的前處理,飄出陣陣清香,肉質厚實軟嫩不柴,表面的豬皮軟Q的口感,再與稻香煙燻馬鈴薯🥔泥相呼應,淡淡稻香清香,栗子片也很是特別,咬著咬著,甜香氣慢慢呈現,完全不油膩,非常棒的一道料理。
🍮假日午餐限定甜點🍮 🍦芋頭 野薑花冰淇淋🍦 自製芋頭卡士達醬 芋圓 鹹蛋黃 野薑花冰淇淋 蛋白霜 橄欖葉粉⋯⋯ 滿滿的芋香,加上鹹蛋黃的提味,加成不少,冰淇淋也很獨特,花香氣在嘴內散發,餐後來上一杯,真的超滿足的 。
