Verdure Restaurant — Restaurant in Taichung

A large fully vegetarian restaurant. I've come to try the vegan options and unfortunately, they weren't much. They do have English on their menu but it is so small and the color completely blends with the background that it feels more like an eye test than a readable menu. From the menu, I've chosen the pasta in tomato sauce, mushroom, zucchini, and pepper. The sauce was good, on the sweet side, and just missed a bit of salt, the pasta was well-cooked and beautifully presented. Another dish I took was a lil piece of toast in teriyaki sauce with a few slices of pumpkin on the side. A dish I would probably skip since it was very simple with no special taste. For a drink, I order their sweet potato drink that tastes like sweet melted tofu. You also get for a starter 2 slices of warm toast with a very tasty dressing that reminds me of Caesar dressing (not sure it's vegan) and it was kinda challenging to communicate with the waitress as her English wasn't very good. Great service, food quality, and overall value. This place provides a proper dining experience with various vegetarian/vegan options. It's best not to come in expecting a "cheap" meal. It has great decor and seating options. The restaurant is also in a great location. The appetizer bread with truffle sauce was superb. The 蜂蜜油醋煙燻沙拉 was served as a generous portion (enough for 5). For my main course I had a 泡菜左GOUDA起司荷蘭薄餅. It was hot and crispy with a generous serving of cheese on the top layer. 與朋友聚餐，櫃檯漏掉一份餐點，其他人都吃完了，朋友的南瓜燉飯也還沒上，湯也忘記送上來，提醒燉飯時才送上南瓜湯，結果朋友的燉飯還是沒上來。最後剩下朋友一個人尷尬的吃等了快一個小時的燉飯。

烤布蕾售完也沒有太多的遞補選項，只好跟店員說換成生巧克力，店員還是一臉問號。

吃過很多蔬食餐廳，斐得餐點的口味非常普通（台味九層塔義大利麵像是調理包味道，蘇卡夏卡的菜色也很簡樸）卻價格過高，100-150元左右的餐點賣到250-350元以上，店員的服務不夠專業，還加收服務費，讓想要推廣朋友蔬食的我們感到很後悔選擇斐得。

而且水杯是紙杯也不太環保。硬要說優點，大概就是份量大和網美裝潢。

The taste of Feide's meals is very ordinary (the Taiwanese nine-story tower pasta tastes like a conditioning bag, and the dishes of Suka Shaka are also very simple), but the price is too high, about 100-150 yuan. Orders are sold for more than 250-350 yuan. The service of the clerk is not professional enough, and a service fee is charged, which makes us regret choosing 斐得 for our friends who want to promote their vegetable food.

And the water cup is a paper cup is not very environmentally friendly. If I have to say the advantages, it is probably the large portion and the beautiful decoration.
