Had a lovely dinner at this authentic Indian restaurant. The vibe is casual, interior “indian” style. The staff is friendly and gives their honest opinion if you order too much 😊 we really appreciated that.

They have the basic cocktails on their menu which were delicious. The mango lassi tasted perfect sweet with a little bit of tang to it. And please try the masala milk tea !

The food was amazing and you are able to choose your spicy level to your likings. If i really need to say something about the food is that the Dal/Lentil dish was more curry sauce than lentils in it. The lentils were hard to find.. maybe they ran out of lentils but that was fine. It didn’t ruined our experience. I highly recommend the butter chicken it was perfect. The chicken was tender and very well marinated. The sauce was out of this world, smooth.. sweet with the right amount of spiciness.

Disappointed with the service, I ordered 3 main dishes, and was handed 2 serving or personal spoons not sure? The waiter simply handed them to me together and placed them in my hand with no explanation. Menu pricing is not clear, i was expecting roughly 1400NT bill but it ended up 1700NT. We had to personally ask the waiter to remove finished dishes from our table, as after setting down a new dish he simply walked away. The bathroom was dirty and instead of fixing the door handle they just added another lock on the top. The food was acceptable but nothing great. Very small portions, I've previously eaten at a different branch and had a completely different experience and taste so i assume i was just unlucky with the Chef this time. I assume it is because i ordered not spicy so i simply did not get any flavor? I would expect more for a Michelin listed , "additional service charge" type...
