I would give this place a five start for unlimited support of Mrs Diễm - this place staff. The menu structure is a little bit hard to understand ( for us as tourist), other staff is unable to explain, but Mrs Diễm has successfully made order for us. There is no English menu or any staff with good english, but this is simple guidance you can use translate app to translate the type of soup in soup page choose the meat in the meat page, the price already include the broth, upgrade to bigger plate like me so we can share , and order more side dish to make up to 150d/ person

We come in group 5, have alot, really full, eat only beef (would cheaper if you have pog, chicken) cost 2800/ total bill, include all free flow...

小弟於2020年9月14日晚間11點45分時於貴餐廳用餐，一如往常的服務生幫我們送上菜盤並且關心我們是否需要點餐，這都無異狀，因為這個火鍋品牌其實是小弟滿喜歡也滿常前往用餐的餐廳之一，來過滿多次，又因上次點了酸菜白肉鍋湯底吃起來味道挺不錯，這次索性也點了一樣的酸菜白肉湯。

好了，從這邊事發重點要展開了，我日常的用我煮鍋的習慣與以前毫無分別，先丟了我覺得能夠讓湯底鮮甜的蔬菜類下去熬煮，過一會兒，湯正在小滾了，我用上次嘗過的滿意心情試了一口今天的酸菜白湯，噗哧 ... 是我的錯覺嗎 ?

今天的酸菜白湯感覺只有『酸醋』的味道，而且是『濃的讓人不可開交的濃厚酸醋味』，當下心情非常忐忑的急著確認是不是自己的錯覺? 小弟馬上請我一同用餐的兩位同事也一起試了試今天的酸菜白湯，我的兩位同事跟我當下的感受是一模一樣的，儘管他們平常並沒有喝酸菜白肉湯的習慣，也都品的出來今天這湯是不是出了什麼問題。

沒錯，他們異口同聲的說，就是只有一股很濃的『酸醋』味，完全不像酸白菜湯，當然跟上次的酸白湯更不能相提並論了，這感覺像是調理出了什麼比例上的問題或是湯品質變的問題 ? 連聞起來的味道也完全跟上次的湯迥異。

仔細思索並確認完畢後我放下了筷子與湯碗，左顧右盼的想找服務生幫我處理一下眼前的問題，過了五分鐘剛好有一個內場的人員經過我們的桌子，先生，不好意思，那個...，我今天的酸白菜湯好像味道有點奇怪跟之前點的不太一樣 ...

內場員工：喔我們賣了很多都沒問題啊 .... 是不是你的個人口味問題，接著就走回內場也沒要幫我處理的意思，我就繼續盯著我桌上那鍋完好的酸菜白鍋，過了一會我看見他走進內場，而另外兩個內場的員工緊盯著我的視線不放，他們才知道似乎出事了，此時終於出現了一位外場服務生，這個女服務生的態度挺好，值得嘉許，他先詢問了我的問題，並且回廚房回報討論，才來跟我說，這可能是他們總公司的問題，她會在替我回報總公司這個問題。然後走掉。

『但是我的問題並沒有獲得解決』我眼前這鍋的味道我實在是無法下嚥 ? 好歹也幫我換回原本的湯底吧 ? 客人都覺得食物的味道很詭異而且沒辦法入口了竟然還要等我要求換回原湯底 ?

先說我並不是在乎換湯底的錢，而是你們整件事情的來龍去脈這種散漫的處理態度令人很不悅...
