I’m quite disappointed with my experience with this venue. I reached out to them to see about hosting an event there. After discussing the dates and details for about a week, I went to see the venue in person. Glen was the staff member who assisted me and he was kind and helpful and spoke perfect English, so there weren’t any communication issues. The next day I paid my deposit for my booking. A day later the staff messaged me to tell me they already had a booking for the date I had chosen—they had double booked the space. After I’d paid my deposit. 🤦‍♀️

They did return it, but to me it was rather disorganized and unprofessional that they didn’t confirm the dates before agreeing to host my event and take the deposit. Verifying that availability should be the first thing that’s done before entering into the agreement. As a result of this, I had to scramble to find a new venue and change all the information for my guests as I’d sent out the invitations upon confirming with the venue.

台中向上路巷內網美咖啡店家，店家白天經營咖啡廳(11:0018:00)，到了晚上搖身一變成了深夜酒吧(21:0002:00)，店內佈置1樓以白色店裝營造出簡約浪漫氣息，2樓則是以粉色牆面及家具搭配柔和燈光，營造出少女粉紅泡泡氛圍，非常適合情侶或喜愛拍照分享的朋友前來。 白天產品以咖啡/點心/輕食為主，目前店內販售分為飲品26種(茶類8種/咖啡11種/氣泡飲品7種)單價80120元/杯；晚上產品以酒類/飲料共24種(威士忌4種/特色酒4種/啤酒4種/飲品12種)單價1204000元。今日主要為享用午後咖啡部分，為店員推薦之紅絲絨焦糖拿鐵單價100元/杯，焦糖拿鐵佐上濃濃奶泡，上面還有一層海鹽，不錯的口感加上精緻餐具，連飲品餐點都是讓人一拍再拍。 整體而言，因目前店家1樓/2樓均有吧台，1樓主要為咖啡廳，2樓為預約包廂及夜間酒吧，因當日服務人員只有1位，2樓剛好有1組顧客，故剛到時1樓吧台處並未有人員接洽服務，讓人有種感覺懷疑是否今天沒有營業，直到上2樓店員才進行接待點餐服務，但點餐後飲品及餐點上菜時間較久超過30分鐘，還好裡面適合拍照打卡的點滿多，加上提供手捧造型花束及各種道具，讓等待餐點時間多了拍照打卡分享IG的空檔。
