Heard good things about this place but was sorely let down. Chewy, overcooked burger with little flavor. Won't be going back.
Edit: Came back here almost one year later, as a friend of mine really wanted to try and others have described as the best burgers in Taichung. However I found the same problems as last time. Burger was cooked nicely medium, but somehow it was still chewy, so much so that my jaw was aching by the time I'd finished. Buns toasted nicely, good salad, fries and sauces, but the burger was so bland, no flavor at all, hadn't been seasoned at all. Tasted like a burger one could make at home, just a fried piece of meat.

The burger patty was cooked perfectly. Normally they serve the patty medium (which we love) but we asked for well done because we had a 10 hour flight and didn't want any issues. Still, the patty was nicely charred and juicy. The service, food and value was top-notch. Highly recommended. And I dare say it meets or beats many high-end burger...
Read moreThe food is good. The place is nice. The staff are friendly. So why only 4 stars? Because they allow a customer to have their dog sit on the table. Not on the side. Not on the floor. But actually a dog (who walks on the roads outside) sit on the table. I don't care if the dog is cute. It is disgusting and unhygienic. It's part and parcel of the Taiwan attitude that "my dog can do anything cause he is cute". Really disgusting and sadly I will not go back...
