1인 1피자를 경험할 수 있는 곳. 카페라는 명칭과 입구에서 부터 느껴진 하얀색과 파란색의 조화는 그리스를 연상되게하면서 괴리감을 느꼈지만 피자 반죽이 화덕안에 들어가면서 부터 절대 후회는 없었다. 타이중내에서 맛있는 화덕피자를 찾아다니다가 결국 찾아낸 곳이 이곳. 기본적인 마르게리따를 먹을까 하다가 사장님께서 추천해주신 메뉴로 선정. 쫀득쫀득하고 마시듯이 먹는 피자였다. 재료 또한 꽤나 신선한 재료를 쓰시는지 먹어도 다이어트에 관해 양심의 가책을 느끼기 어려운 맛. 끝부분의 그을림으로 이의제기를 하는 후기를 봤으나 그게 화덕피자의 매력아닐까 싶다. 방문 당시 피자 외에는 감자스프만 판매 중이었어서 아쉽게도 파스타는 먹어보지 못했음. 감자스프는 직접 갈아 만드셔서 감자 알갱이가 씹히는 진한 스프 맛. 양이 꽤 많음. 간단한 커피와 음료, 주류를 판매. 매장 방문한 당일은 매장 안 손님 보다 테이크아웃...

The best pizza I've had in Taichung. Granted, the bar for good pizza in Taichung has been set quite low for me after trying all the routine pizza places here. But Marbledot Cafe does more than just beat mediocre pizza, they do amazing. I recommend the mushroom and truffle pizza.
