It’s quite disappointing when we got there, didn’t seem like a popular place/ bakery that sells these sub cakes. It’s not freshly baked. Didn’t offer any samples to try, and after getting it, we realised the taste of the sun cakes are really mediocre. The pastry has a strong lard flavour, it spoils the taste of a light pastry and makes it very 油腻. Ruyi or chia te are definitely better...

Dishonest bakery.. told me can keep sun biscuits up to 1 month but today i checked the expiry date and realize can only keep for a week+. Means they gave me unfresh items gees. And taste ordinary. Will not...

太陽餅是台中特產所以在台中製作太陽餅的糕餅店實在太多太多，有的強調傳承有的強調創新今天來拜訪的就是強調老字號原創跟血統的店家，本來是在自由路上門牌23號後來因為種種原因現在搬到三民路二分局對面角間。店面不大陳列商品也不多。老派裝潢所以燈光不是很明亮。 當天顧店的是一位年輕小伙子不知道是不是小老闆感覺沒有很熱忱有點急店裡就我一個客人…… 當天買了原味蜂蜜太陽餅，紅豆餅，可可豆沙，檸檬蛋糕，椰子酥。以下為心得，太陽餅酥脆層次分明淡淡的餅香讓人愉悅從斷面看得製作的繁雜，蜂蜜口味有著濃厚的蜂蜜香氣稍微甜了一點不過整體還是很棒。檸檬蛋糕除了外型比較吸睛之外口感不怎麼樣特別；還是一福堂的好吃。可可豆沙很有特色，外層可可稍脆有點苦味內餡白豆沙的甜味剛好綜合非常神奇實在令人喜愛，可是實在太小了啦一口都塞不滿跟價格一比也不算便宜。椰子酥紮實內餡豐富香味撲鼻讚。也是不大一顆50元哈哈。紅豆餅外型金黃美麗還有網格裝飾蠻漂亮的，吃起來口感較缺乏特色。以上報告完畢。

這次消費經驗真的很差！ 難得到店附近，在1/16同櫃檯人員買了10入太陽餅、2個素綠豆椪、2個花生餡麻糬（當天限定）、1個檸檬蛋糕，每講一個品項店員皆會附誦一次，並且當下也只有我這組客人，基於信任店家服務專業，取完商品就離開北上了 但等要吃的時候卻怎麼也找不到檸檬蛋糕，以為掉在車上，找了兩輪還是沒找到，翻出發票上面也沒有明細，因此又特地致電回去問，一下子說下次我購買再補給我、一下子又說款項沒扣到檸檬蛋糕，下次我去店裡再跟我致歉⋯我從一開始便表明是南下特地去購物，短期間也沒辦法再過去，不明白店員一再跳針什麼，道歉非常沒有誠意 原本很喜歡該店品項，但只吃過太陽餅，每次不是請友人買就是網上訂，這次難得進店便想多試幾種，下次網上訂購可以多購入其他品項 但我只能說店家的服務有待加強，下次要再吃太陽餅我可能會好好考慮是否要再訂購此間⋯
