先說結論唄 整體來說口味偏鹹，米飯好吃，烤松阪豬跟炸雞塊有水準之上，玉子燒偏乾不推，這家的食物第一口會讓人很驚艷，後面就覺的還好，不具備美味的持續性，有點可惜，適合一堆人吃，每個人點一道菜大家一起分享，應該可以維持第一口的驚艷感直到結束，自己一個人吃一份的話一定要點飲料，不然會很辛苦。 燒烤跟炸類：烤的很好，搭配啤酒的話可以吃的很開心，但像我沒有喝酒的人也沒點飲料的，吃到後面會有點辛苦。 丼飯：今天吃豬排丼，第一口有驚艷的感覺，可惜飯有糊，肉有種奇怪的味道，有像腥味跟醃料的混合味道，只能說是奇怪的味道，我個人不喜歡，不然是炸的不錯，調味的也很好，如果這個丼飯沒有豬肉的話分數會比較高。 蛋包飯：調味不錯但飯也是糊掉，不喜歡糊糊的飯。 明太子烤雞肉：名字記不是很清楚，神奇的味道，雞肉烤的很好搭配明太子有種在吃有海鮮味道的烤雞肉，味道太神奇無法評論，雞肉有腥味，可惜。

日月水台是最近在台中市崛起的由日籍老闆娘主店的居酒屋，這幾個月，在台中市的美食圈相當的熱門 日籍媽媽在台灣長住多年，因緣際會，盤下了這家店，之前也是由日籍老闆做的拉麵店 店裡除了一般的居酒屋有的串燒料理外，相當到位，也提供了在台中市少見的道地日式家常菜，來滿足長年住在台中市的日本人社群 很明顯的跟台式日料店的差別，店內提供了很多不同的日本燒酎讓消費者選擇，例如神の河，以麥基材下去蒸餾的燒酎，再以木桶陳年，清爽，確營造出whisky 的口感，很少日本人歡迎 剛好，遇到他們一個月一次的東京鰻魚老店大師來台活動，提供客人現殺的鰻魚料理，傳統的蒲燒，跟台灣少見的白燒，以道地日式的口味，來滿足消費者的味蕾 其他的例如，日式炒麵，家庭口味的可樂餅，炸豬排，咖哩，炸雞，豬肉味增煮，滿足了我挑惕的日料舌頭，推啊

老婆等了20分鐘就拿到菜40分鐘後我才拿到我的!!味道和服務讓我十分失望。我看到這家是日本人開的我就很期待吃他的咖哩飯(我常常在日本然後日式咖哩飯是我最愛吃的)雖然我等了一個小時肚子餓到幾乎不管吃什麼就會好吃可是結果吃到一道味道滿淡的咖哩再加上說好的未曾湯也沒有收到。 My wife waited 20 mins for her food to arrive which seemed acceptable....40 minutes after that I finally got my curry well after she had finished her meal.
