Three young people handle the flow of food flying out of their own kitchen with synchronised waltzes behind the counter.
They're clean and efficient, waltzing shamelessly in front of their customers, cleaning and cooking.
Food is simple but rich in flavours. You can customise your meal at the machine when you make your order. There are even 3 levels of hardness for the noodle; 3 levels of salt and oil in the broth. Portion is big. They want to make sure customers leave with a happy full stomach.

Flavorful broth, large portions of meat (I’ve seen some places do half the amount), and the choice of noodle hardness (plus free noodle refills) make for a satisfying and filling experience.
The cooking-behind-the-bar experience verges on being a show with how the three chefs are cooking in sync and with a practiced ease, while allowing them to attentive to the customers’ needs.
Worth a try at least once for everyone, I was sorely tempted to go again...

#擔擔乾拌麵並盛(加點菠菜) 乾式拉麵,醬汁風味稍甜的麻醬味,包覆力很好,麵條上都沾附完全,訝異的是完全不辣,但調味料豐富所以可自行調整,肉末和堅果增加了口感,菠菜沾附醬汁也意外的搭,整體好味但稍偏甜吃完有點乾(不是很中意),雖然有水或飲料可喝,但覺得應該搭配一碗湯會更好一點!
