整體評分:4⭐➕。 算是在台南蠻老也蠻有名的米糕店,越夜人越多,需要排隊但是不用排很久。 最有名的是米糕和黑白切(或做成湯)。所以我們點了一份米糕+骨肉湯。 米糕有淡淡的粽葉味道,濕濕軟軟的糯米吃起來很舒服不會黏黏的,也不會造成胃的負擔。搭配細細的肉鬆,很傳統但很不錯。 骨肉湯剛好是現剪大骨旁邊的肉。很喜歡吃骨肉湯,因為在骨頭旁邊的肉吃起來會特別軟嫩,然後偶爾會帶一點點的軟骨,所以能吃到一點點口感。 給的湯也是一直在熬煮豬大骨的湯,所以非常濃郁,但應該是因為用的都是新鮮的豬肉,所以不會有一個豬腥味。唯一的小缺點是,湯頭上面漂了厚厚的一層豬油。 整體來說,是很好吃的餐點,如果半夜還想要吃個會飽的肉+飯,還蠻推薦的哦。 Overall score:4⭐➕ It is a famous and old restaurant. The darker it gets, the more people there are. You should line up but not too long before ordering. The famous dish is sticky rice and pork (with soy sauce or broth). We ordered each one of the famous items. The sticky rice with bamboo leaf flavor tastes squishy and comfortable without being too sticky and tending to be uncomfortable for the stomach. It accompanies the pork floss, which is traditional and good. The meat from the bone-meat broth is cut from right next to the bone. Because of its distinctive preparation method, the meat is always super tender with a little texture from the soft bone. The flavor of the continuously boiled broth with many big bones is very strong. There is no pork smell because it may always use fresh pig bones. Read more沒有斗大招牌,也沒有很大的店面,卻一路賣了超過60年的台南米糕「水仙宮粽葉米糕」,在水仙宮市場角落的水仙宮米糕,本來也是沒有名字,但在水仙宮擺攤許久,後來大家都稱為水仙宮米糕,店外真的沒招牌,只有攤前旁邊有個小小的牌子寫著水仙宮,然後雖然在市場裡,但晚上才有開門,一到夜裡水仙宮米糕總市有著滿滿的人潮。水仙宮米糕營業時間是下午4點到凌晨12點半,水仙宮米糕是宵夜時段也能吃得到的台南美食,店裡的用餐環境就是一般小吃攤,還跟隔壁共用,其實還蠻有趣,雖然用餐人很多,但基本上翻桌也快,不用等太久。
每到用餐時間總是擠滿內用跟外帶的客人。靠著尊循古法製作的米糕、清爽四神湯跟香濃滷味,幾樣簡單的台式小吃,擄獲大家的味蕾,這裡的餐點都是以料多味美的方式取勝,同時也是人氣排隊銅板美食。
光是看到水仙宮米糕菜單,你就會感受到台南府城親民的物價,一碗米糕價格才30元、肉燥飯也才賣20元,點一碗米糕一碗四神湯也才60元,除了主食外還有一些湯類跟小菜,小菜大多都是以滷豬內臟類為主,然後跟隔壁的黃家炒鱔魚共用用餐區,兩邊的餐點是分開點,菜一上桌就要先付款。
主食有招牌的米糕外,還有肉燥飯、魚鬆飯、魚鬆肉燥飯,其他還有湯品、滷味等菜色選擇。米糕,小份30元。它們家米糕米粒比較軟黏一些,水仙宮米糕是用長糯米蒸煮,然後淋上滷製的肉燥,接著搭配著旗魚酥、花生與醃小黃瓜,很台南的做法,肉燥的鹹香很不錯,讓整個米糕吃起來很夠味,米糕口感很Q,我覺得帶有一點蒸籠的味道,另外旗魚酥拌下去會有解膩吸油效果,水仙宮米糕口味相較重一些細細品嚐帶點粽葉香氣,加上脆口的小黃瓜與細酥的魚酥一起入口,還不錯,但我不愛,四神湯,小碗30元。四神湯味道算...
