Tunnel Bar — Restaurant in Tainan

The place is nice and all with good music but if you’re not familiar with the place and don’t know how to get in, you’ll find it hard to open the door then instead of welcoming you, the bartender would just ask what you need, which is clearly to have a drink(duh) and then they seem to be very occupied moving furnitures around and preparing random stuff on the table which makes so much noise so it ruins the whole vibe. And then one of the bartender just talks really loudly not to the costumers but just the other Bartenders and people around.

Such a shame, place...

The head bartender or the manager over the weekend was quite rude and perhaps going thru some personal issues we ordered our drinks during last call and they agreed to serve us but after we received our drinks about 10 minutes later the guy came by and asked us to leave and told us we were bothering them cos they are closing soon. Why would you serve and make your customers chug their drinks down within 10 minutes? And didn't they teach you how to communicate in school? Learn some manners and have some class buddy Stay away...

Best place in town! I was really looking forward to visit this place since few months ago. Everything exceed my expectations, the atmosphere makes everything perfect. It's great for dates, anniversaries, business reunions, relax after work or after a long day having fun in Tainan.

The staff is incredibly friendly, (and they can serve you in English, if you're an expat, you don't need to user your broken Chinese ) they will make sure you're enjoying your time at Tunnel and will do everything to make you feel comfortable.

The bartenders are very well experienced and always open to prepare anything you want if is not in the menu or just wanna try something new, and don't hesitate to try the delicious food and snacks. I had so much fun that I forgot to take more pictures haha

El lugar es super cool, perfecto para todo, los precios son bastante buenos en comparación con otros lugares y la calidad-precio lo vale! El ambiente es chic y romántico para un date, echar una buena platica o en plan serio, recomendable para cualquier rango de edad. El staff es super amigable y te atienden como rey, pide recomendaciones a los baristas qué seguro te sorprenderán! Si no esta muy lleno, puedes echar platica con todos, e incluso resolver dudas en cuanto a puntos turísticos o cualquier cosas que necesites. Cierran a las 3am, así que puedes pasar una muy buena noche. Ya quiero regresar a Tainan y visitarlos de nuevo, su comida y aderezos...
