究Sho石燒拉麵《府前壹店》 — Restaurant in Tainan

Solid ramen, especially the broth and noodles. Soft egg was also good. I got the original spicy ramen. Pork meat is BBQ style, and it seemed the meat quality was not as good as other ingredients and bbq sauce helped cover the flavor. The hot stone bowl does keep the ramen very hot but I don’t know if it was that useful, I usually eat ramen quickly and this hot bowl just meant I was blowing my ramen to cool it for a long time before eating. It’s a fine place for a quick decent...

Ramen soup was bland not enough thick flavour, the noodle taste like it was from instant noodle instead of freshly made, and the meat doesn't taste good. Went in as google review was very high from lots of people. Probably due to free side dish given for a 5 star rating.

Service was standard ramen shop, so the 2 star rating is really more on the taste and not about service...

位於府前路上蠻不錯的拉麵店～～ 店面不大(但深度深 且夾在熱鬧國華街周遭 雖然蠻常路過 不過居然都沒發現⋯😂 偶然的情況下在不同店用餐後 看到府前路也有～～ 加上究sho石燒蠻大方的刮刮樂活動 跑來XD （上次刮到唐揚雞2份+叉燒2） （府前壹店、文化叁店通用） 也是寵物友善～～ （電詢時有詢問是什麼狗狗、會不會緊張叫） 店面採木質+玻璃+透視洞洞貼XD 從內部客觀外面 但外面看不到裡面～ 貼很日式～日本街道 拉麵 鹹蛋超人XDD 室內也是貼滿日本城市街景 放著日本歌曲～ 採木桌 也分一般桌與吧台座位 杯水 餐具醬料等在走至最裡面位置 （盛水提醒：杯子靠著內壓而不是轉動開啟）

餐廳一處寫著”最有溫度的拉麵”XD 應是究who的主題吧～～

拉麵菜單口味依湯頭分 豚骨 醬油 味噌 主菜有起士豬 唐揚雞 炸蝦 叉燒 炙燒牛等 較特別湯頭 濃蝦 黑蒜等 可調整蔥花量 湯頭濃淡 是否加老虎辣醬 老虎辣醬是真的蠻辣XD 麵可續一次 再續需+40元～ 另還有飯類與單點 價格約260～290間 此次點了醬油起士豬 味噌炸蝦及炙燒牛 此次兩碗加麵 加上之前刮刮樂送的主菜～ 餐點送上來～哇 好豐盛哈哈😂😂😂 且加麵幾乎是麵量double（好飽 石燒拉麵會協助淋湯～熱騰騰的！ 因石碗關係 都吃完了還是熱的哈哈哈 很符合最有溫度的主題～ 麵條也是家裡喜歡的細麵條 蠻有嚼勁

整體都蠻好吃 主菜份量也足夠 加上刮刮樂真的蠻大方哈哈 此次又送了三張刮刮樂～ 其中還刮中...
