Autumn Soufflé — Restaurant in Tainan

A famous shop advertised and recommended by bloggers. I made appointment 2 weeks ahead, the only choice was at 1 pm, which is earlier than I expect. And appointment can only be made via facebook, in which the shop replied once per day. The pancakes stacked on one another, which made.the whole thing huge, but tasted not as good as it looked. Ordered latte and could be one of the worst latte I have ever took. Overall, over exaggerated...

This place got minimum spending per person, which is a normal practice in most Cafe in Taiwan. Just that this place u can't combine the minimum spending. For example the minimum spending here is TWD100, and if you come in 2 persons and order a pancake which cost TWD200, the other person still have to order something worth at least TWD100. Which sound a bit ridiculous if you just want to go there for dessert after...

These were honestly the best pancakes I've ever had. Not too heavy, not too dense and just the right amount of sugar. The wait is quite long for the pancakes but it makes sense once you know the process of making the pancakes. They take 10-20 minutes to make and are fresh every time. I didn't have any issues ordering in English here and my order...
