I was immediately charmed by the atmosphere when I walked in. They have a naked brick wall which, I’m told by the owner, is around 100 years old, which in Taiwan, or anywhere in Asia for that matter, is a rare sight. 夥茶 Together Tea— 台灣台南中西區 散步在台南的街道上，視線總是不免被一些可愛的小店給吸引住，離開台南許久，琳琅滿目的新店開了不少，但是卻不會讓你覺得台南變化很大，因為這些店鋪，大多是老宅重生，讓古樸的台南注入更多的年輕的活力感。 今天為大家介紹的甜點店夥茶，就是散步時無意發現，然後決定探訪。這天我們是第一組客人，一進門就會看到放滿透明櫃的當日口味司康，一眼看過去，鄉村味濃厚，但仔細一看，帶了點日式，又有一點美式，mix成了夥茶的獨特風格。老闆與老闆娘的工作櫃檯就在旁邊，非常透明開放，環境非常舒服啊！ 這天我們點了伯爵茶磅蛋糕、以及橙香司康，熱茶、冰的鮮奶茶，還來還加點了達克瓦茲以及外帶手工餅乾。夥茶的低消是每個人一杯飲品，司康口味非常的多，讓人好難選擇，磅蛋糕跟司康上來的時候，擺盤還有新鮮的水果在旁邊，看起來很豐富很漂亮啊！有草莓看起來就好好吃啊！他們家的鮮奶油是檸檬味道，不是單純的鮮奶油，加在司康以及磅蛋糕裡，讓味道更有層次。我必須要說，磅蛋糕真的超好吃的啦！茶香濃郁不甜膩，裡面還有堅果與果乾帶點口感，搭配旁邊的果醬與鮮奶油，真的每次吃都有不同的滋味，超喜歡磅蛋糕的！司康也是很好吃，我最怕吃進去會過乾或是整個散掉，會一種想要趕快配飲料不然會噎死的感覺，夥茶的司康不會喔！鬆卻不乾，味道也很棒 他們家產品我覺得蠻多的，另外還有達克瓦茲、手工餅乾、還有手作果醬。這天老闆娘與我們聊天，老闆娘對甜點有許多自己的堅持，沒有添加物，很多甜點的食譜都是她女兒在日本學成帶回來的，像是達克瓦茲的部分，老闆娘跟我們介紹表皮的糖霜他們只上薄薄一層，是為了讓大家吃起來比較沒有負擔，也的確他們家的甜點很順口，不會甜膩，讓人想一口接著一口，一吃再吃。 推薦給在台南的朋友，去台南玩喜歡吃甜點的朋友。來這邊享受一下美味的下午茶，讓自己心情開心。 #白眼豆子吃喝趣 #台南甜點 #台南美食 #磅蛋糕司康 #TheWhiteEyedBeanFun

我先說，大推薦所有到台南的朋友一定要去「夥茶」吃甜點，喝一杯香濃鮮奶茶！ 先說安心的部分，從果醬、鮮奶油、餡料，到優格、司康、達克瓦茲餅皮，全部都是店家手工製作，用好的原料，真的讓妳每一口都睜大眼睛。 今天吃到含有「鮮果」食材的甜點，水果也是處理的乾淨清爽。所以，在那裡大吃特吃完，舌根完全不會有化學添加物的殘餘不適。 再來是味道，闆娘特製鮮奶油根本什麼都配，我點了一份水果優格聖代（150），就是滿滿新鮮水果+自制果醬+手工優格，超大一份，不只滿滿的水果，愛吃優格、常吃優格的朋友一定吃的出，手工無添加優格和一般優格的差別！ 司康真的就是點爆，沒什麼好說，就是太好吃了，要不是胃太小只點兩種口味，真想每個口味都吃一遍。司康（80）端來我也很驚喜，因為盤子上不只有「一顆司康」，加上新鮮水果和闆娘特製鮮奶油，光是看起來就很有誠意，單吃好吃！闆娘推薦的「徒手抓司康抹上鮮奶油大口咬下去」，真的絕妙搭配！！ 達克瓦茲是闆娘大推，因為他們秉持「龜裂的達克瓦茲就不再是達克瓦茲！直接被淘汰！」所以，每一顆達克瓦茲都是完美無瑕疵，口感當時闆娘一時說不上來怎麼形容那種嚼勁才對，當我吃下去，歐天啊，我知道為什麼了，因為除了超級好吃之外我也說不出來，不是馬卡龍，也不是蛋糕可以比喻，這點有甜點老饕吃過可以再來指點迷津！（禮盒4顆380） 最後提一下鮮奶茶的部分，我點熱的鍋煮伯爵鮮奶茶，奶香濃郁，愈冷表層浮一層薄薄的牛奶皮，讓下方的奶茶怎麼喝都維持熱度。重點是，我點了這麼多甜點，配上鍋煮奶茶，完全不膩。 加上離開前發現（因為剛才都在吃）百年老城牆面鑲嵌在翻新的裝潢內，整間店走一個歐風鄰家復古，店家親切的程度，超像是走進誰家美麗的客廳幫妳奉茶。 講了這麼多就是想說，一間對甜點有追求的店，品質保證之外，闆娘老闆店員親切貼心，也是這間小店迷人的地方，非常推薦大家吃爆他們的甜點啊！（但矛盾的希望我下次去不要開始大排長龍哈哈哈哈）
