Hold onto your chopsticks, folks, because I've got a sushi revelation for you! Su Sushi has officially changed my sushi game for the better. As someone who's never been a huge fan of sushi, I was hesitant to give it another try. But, from the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The sushi at Su Sushi is so fresh, so creative, and so delicious that it practically melts in your mouth like butter.

My friend and I decided to check out Su Sushi for dinner, and boy were we impressed with the menu options and the food. The sushi master was incredibly kind, and lucky for us, he spoke English and even had an English menu written out on his phone. The presentation of each sushi roll was beautiful, and each bite was a burst of flavor that left me wanting more.

One standout dish was the fried shrimp tempura - it was so good that I had to order it twice, and that's saying something, as I don't usually go for fried foods. And let's not forget about the crispy sushi, which was hands down the best thing I've ever tasted. Meanwhile, my buddy was a huge fan of the sashimi and loved it so much that he didn't even want to share with me (rude!).

Overall, Su Sushi has officially become my go-to spot for fresh and delicious sushi. From the friendly staff to the amazing food, this place has it all. Best restaurant in the world. Great chef, excellent quality ingredients, perfect ambience, and incredibly priced value for world class menu. When I leave Taiwan to return to my home country, this restaurant will be what I miss most.

Tip: For dinner, arrive early or make a reservation. Depending on the day, they may run out of fish.
