Avoid this place. I’ve never seen a place so insistent about their minimum order policy. You’re required to order an average of two drinks per person, and food doesn’t count toward the minimum spend.
When we were short of just one drink to meet the minimum, the waiter came over multiple times to remind us that we needed to order one more drink. We were a group of eight and had already ordered plenty of drinks and food. We explained that we were already very full, but the staff insisted, saying we could order non-alcoholic drinks instead. We told them again that it wasn’t about alcohol — we were simply too full.
Then the waiter suggested we order shots since they’re “less liquid.” Despite our explanations, they said the one more drink was non-negotiable.
What made it worse was that the bar wasn’t even full — there were at least three empty tables. The waiter then claimed they had “cordoned off the entire area” for us, which supposedly justified the minimum spend. That was clearly untrue, as there were already other guests seated in that same area when we arrived.
