週末大概五點多來，剛好上一批客人們吃完，沒有花太多時間候位，六點後生意非常好、內用以及外帶的客人都源源不絕！ ▫️蛋包飯 $70 經典濃濃番茄醬風味的蛋包飯🍅飯體濕潤、米粒粒粒分明不會因為濕而糊成一坨，是心中台式經典番茄蛋包飯的味道！ ▫️關東煮 $時價 夾了蘿蔔、黑輪、苦瓜封，非常推薦苦瓜封！有看到櫃檯的透明食材櫥窗，應該和蝦丸一樣都是老闆自己做的餡，好吃！ 湯頭的部分中規中矩，如果點的菜色比較重鹹推薦可以夾一些相較清淡的關東煮配 ▫️炒芥蘭菜 $70 搭配肉絲跟蒜頭清炒，中規中矩 可以點來搭配其他重口味菜色 ▫️炸雞翅 $80 是沒有厚厚麵衣的台式炸雞，簡單的炸法卻也保留了肉質本身的juicy跟口感 ▫️炒螺肉 $100 這道是陰錯陽差點錯的😂本來想吃一顆顆的螺肉，應該是「烤鳳螺」才是 炒的使用沙茶、九層塔、蒜、辣調味，比較鹹跟油，但很適合配啤酒當下酒菜（還真的馬上去後面冰箱拿了一隻百威） ▫️香油豬肝 $100 第一次吃到這種作法的豬肝！！ 原本以為是把麻油換成用香油去炒，沒想到上來是糖醋風味的，豬肝還有先炸過再一起炒，蠻特別的 不過糖醋風味已經大於豬肝味了 ▫️烤肉串 $40/2隻 很簡單的肉加上蔥串，炭烤味很香 不過刷的醬油膏比較甜一些 目測店內三個人，老闆在廚房內、老闆娘在櫃檯用關東煮、結帳、上菜，還有一位小哥一起幫忙 大家忙進忙出，態度都很好！尤其是老闆娘很親切，即便忙碌也會很有耐心的協助客人候位、點餐、告知等待組數 很開心能吃到老台南人們記憶中的味道✨
