Usually at a Vietnamese restaurant in Tainan there will be 1 or 2 of the dishes that isn’t made right. Every dish we ordered was fantastic and we recommend you come here and try for yourself....

オシャレで清潔✨美味しいベトナムフォー中心の料理🥰

観光地ど真ん中で、美味しい、しかも清潔なお店でベトナム料理が食べられます。フォー、生春巻、揚物、ベトナム式サンドイッチ「バインミー」、ベトナムコーヒーなどメニューも豊富！ 値段もこの立地でレストランの中では安いほうかなと思います。

スープのフォーは、牛肉、豚肉、海鮮から具材と麺の種類を選べるメニューもあります。おすすめメニューには❤マークがついています。 料理の提供時間も早いですよ👍

豚肉や牛肉は日本のしゃぶ肉っぽい、弾力ありつつ柔らかいお肉で、とても美味しかったです。いい肉使ってるかも😉スープも美味しいです。 生春巻は、具材バランスよく、タレは台南にしては塩気があり日本人好みな味で美味しかったですよ。

トイレが二階にあるので、ゆっくり休憩もできます。店内は席が多めなので大家族や大人数でも入れます。ちょっとしたベトナム小物などを展示販売しているコーナーもありました。

お店のマークは美人ベトナム女性イラストですが、なんだかちょっとスタバっぽいマークじゃありません？ステキです。

✴️大銀越南創意料理 地址: 台南市中西區永福路二段208號 電話: 06-2216222 營業時間: 11:00~15:00 ; 17:00~21:00 (六日中午無休, 週三公休) 🎗泰式酸辣牛肉河粉 NT$180 建議先喝一口原味的湯之後再將店家附上的檸檬擠進去，前後味道的差異有著驚人的天壤之別，多了檸檬汁的加入，味道層次被拉高了好幾層，而牛肉片也給滿多的，如果怕牛肉泡老的話，建議先把肉片另外撈起來喔！辣度大概微辣左右，在夏天喝這個湯頭就是整個開胃啊。💋 🎗椰奶海鮮河粉 NT$180 相較於泰式酸辣的湯頭，這碗椰奶就是很直接地將椰香味道呈現出來喔！美味😘 🎗蛋蛋越式法國麵包 NT$70 越式法國麵包雖然包入的材料大同小異，但醬料以及醃料的差異就能決定它能不能同中求異而勝出。大銀越南創意料理的這道法國麵包也是少數我們吃過屬一屬二好吃的，裡面加入一顆荷包蛋讓它吃起來的味道更多了一股柔和的層次，大推👍👍👍而且店家還很貼心地幫忙分切，就大心耶💖💖💖
