墨&漢堡-Mor&Burger — Restaurant in Taipei

Please read on if the mandarin-to-english translations for the previous reviews done on this establishment make no sense to you.

We were here for the nearby Comida, which had sold out by about 11.15am (they close at noon). So you can imagine the feeling of having to settle for second choice having made a special trip for Comida.

We were apprehensive when ordering, so we went for safe options - an iced cocoa (冰可可), a peanut butter bacon omelette toast (花生培根欧姆蛋土司) and a garlic pork chop omelette toast (热蒜猪排欧姆蛋土司). One of the best toasts we have ever eaten! The former had a thin spread of peanut butter that wasn't too sweet or thick and the bacon came with a layer of cheese along with the omelette. The bread was lightly toasted; enough to show toast lines but not too hard or dry. The latter is a special that is off the menu. The garlic marinade/sauce was done just right without overpowering the pork chop.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I think when you go to a place that is named More Burger and expect top quality milk tea, you've probably come to the wrong place. We had no problems with our iced cocoa- a ubiquitous drink that a burger / toast joint can't mess up.

The toasts come in burger versions if you'd like.

We are still going to try coming for Comida on another day, but if we are unfortunate enough that it is sold out (again) this remains a pretty decent...

今天來了在我家附近開了一陣子的（墨爾漢堡）今天點了（美式套餐.宮保雞丁炒烏龍.港式蘿蔔糕加半熟蛋.再加點一杯鮮奶茶還有意外買了一個塔塔醬魚排漢堡（意外是我沒點這個回到家才發現多付了）） 那先來說說美式套餐裡頭有一個烤奶油吐司對切.培根兩片.德腸對切.薯泥一球.炒蛋.脆薯一份,還有一杯飲品，吐司有點失望吃起來軟軟的奶油沒什麼味道，炒蛋有點淡，如果加點黑胡椒會好一點，其他的還不錯吃，但薯泥有點少只比叉子大一點，脆薯還滿推薦，由於吐司的問題所以把脆薯加到裡面，味道好多了也多了一些口感 宮保雞丁炒烏龍這個就不好說，吃起來沒炒過鍋氣，有點像廉價醬包加到烏龍而已， 蘿蔔糕加半熟蛋，這個還不錯，蘿蔔糕不加醬的情況下吃得出蘿蔔的清香味，口感有點軟糯，外皮能再煎酥一點就更好了，醬油膏也不錯鹹甜鹹甜的，蘿蔔糕原味吃膩了加一點醬油膏多了另一個香氣 鮮奶茶，茶香味比較偏重，加了鮮奶剛好的把茶香稍微減弱一些，由於加了鮮奶也讓茶少了澀感 意外的塔塔醬魚排漢堡，也是失望的一環，裡頭有魚排.荷包蛋.蔬菜，魚排炸得酥脆口感還不錯，但沒什麼香氣，塔塔醬也沒什麼味道所以沒形成加分，最大的敗筆是漢堡麵包濕濕軟軟的吃起來沒了麵包香氣 全部加起來費用3百多過半價格偏高，依今天吃的餐點來說目前是不值得推薦，但我還會去試試其他餐...
