Terrible attitude.
No customer deserves to be treated like this—walking into a store and being shouted at to leave. You continuously question whether customers will pay and leave, but this is a matter of your trust issues, not ours. Please do not place blame on your customers; it is both rude and humiliating.
You told us that we had to wait half an hour for a fruit, and we agreed that the meal was worth waiting for. So, we went outside for a smoke, leaving all our valuable items in place. Do you really think we would leave our bags, wallets, and coats behind just to save 600 dollars on a meal? That’s absurd. In the end, you decided to prepare the fruit early and said you were helping us skip the line, but you did this without informing us, just like how we didn't inform you we were stepping out for a smoke. You talk about respect and prior notice, but you didn’t do any of that. Finally, yelling at customers, packing up the meal without permission, and forcing us to leave is not showing respect. Read moreToday we decided to try this small family Japanese Ramen shop that we had been passing by for a very long time. Very small shop that has been decorated with a lot of Japanese old celebrities pictures and some posters. Also a lot of sake bottles on display, mostly empty ones. Very typical Japanese styled shop. Owners speak local languages and Japanese too.
We ordered: Pork broth ramen with char siew 180NT (the broth is good)
Miso broth with scallop wanton 180NT (one whole scallop per wanton. Very generous!)
Fried chicken chunks 150NT (It was juicy and not oily like those we had before. Also better eat it fast as it doesn't taste that good when it's cold. Meat still has some pinkish colour on it. I'm not sure if it is suppose to be like this, personally I don't really like it.)
Fried tofu 110NT (Tofu is firm and thick. Nothing special, same as most that we had at other Japanese shop.)
Overall was quite ok. The noodles are a bit al dente, so if you like your noodles soft, this is not for you. A good place to fill...
Read moreSuper cute mom and pop Japanese ramen spot. The food isn’t visually exciting, but don’t let that fool you!! We ordered the vegetable hot soba soup and the vegetable ramen soup, with set B add on which comes with fried chicken and cheese croquette.
Food taste amazing!! Both soups are light, healthier tasting but still flavorful, unlike most ramen restaurant that are normally too salty, or make you want to drink a lot of water while eating.
Cheese croquette was my favorite!!! I can eat that everyday! Fried chicken was crispy and juicy!
The owners are two elderly couple that are so polite with Japanese mannerisms. Many customers were Japanese when we were there. They also offered english menu. ...
