I had high expectations for this yakiniku restaurant, especially since their shabu-shabu spot has always been a favorite of mine. Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing visit. I ordered the most expensive option on the menu, expecting premium quality, but instead, none of the beef served was “real.” Every cut was artificial and reorganized meat, which was both gross and unappetizing. The taste and texture were awful.

What makes it worse is the lack of transparency—they never mentioned the meat wasn’t authentic. For a well-known restaurant, charging $1500 for fake beef is unacceptable. I feel like customers deserve a refund. Who would expect this kind of quality from a place with such...
