The snapper and saury were the highlights of the meal. Both were rich, and flavorful, showcasing the natural taste of the fish in the most impressive way.

The service is excellent. The chef and assistant were warm and welcoming, making the experience feel very personal. They took the time to explain each dish, share interesting local history, and even recommend amazing spots for dessert and drinks nearby!

The variety of dishes is exceptional, including some rare options that are hard to find elsewhere. By the end of the meal, I was completely satisfied with a full stomach. Considering the quality, variety, and overall experience, this omakase is incredibly worth it and offers exceptional value.
