After attending a pizza competition event in Taipei, we went to this place for lunch. Initially, I became interested (when I found it in google) because of the style and aesthetics. I didn't expect too much from the food but it didn't disappoint me so I'm giving 5-stars for the following reasons:
The atmosphere feels good. In the hustle of the city, their ambiance provides a more slow-paced and relaxing feeling. It's family-friendly. My little boy enjoyed sitting on the artificial sand/corals, playing with his toy truck while waiting for our food. The food was F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C. Finally, something we ate made us feel happy and satisfied. (Food description in photo captions) The wine was amazing. Forgot the name but it was a German red. Dry, dark, oaky, medium tannin. It leaves a fruity note in the tongue. The service was good. We didn't make a reservation and they were full but they told us they would check all the other reservations if they could squeeze us in.. and so they did. But I advise that you make a reservation ahead of time.

When you have kids and you reserved a table a week in advance, being sat in the corner felt like an insult. Especially when we asked about areas that the kids could play.
Secondly - the pizza was not cooked long enough. It gets a 1 star. For a place that specializes in pizza and chicken wings, we all expected more from here.
The wings were good for sure, and i recommend the salty egg flavor. It’s not enough for me to want to come back though. For the price and the quality, there are several other options...
Read moreEasily accessible as it is right next to the mrt exit. It is a spacious place and once you enter you feel like you’re no longer in busy Taipei! It gives off a beach vibe with a bit of a “jungle” element. Their music selection is also great!
Food: the place doesn’t really have a lot of variety, it’s mostly fried foods, pizza and pasta. We had the fried wings combo and it was so good definitely a 10/10! We also had the pizza which was good as well and the garlic fries which weren’t so great cause they were too oily. We also got free drinks with my friends as it was a birthday...
