John's Tea Company — Restaurant in Taipei

Theres always huge lines at this tea place so we tried the most popular two drinks. 煮濃那提 tasted like Hong Kong milk tea. You get it with tea and fresh milk and you're supposed to shake it very well before you drink it. The tea taste was strong and it was good...not great. 珍珠那提 was the other tea with white translucent boba and another type of tea. It tasted really watered down with light tea taste and the boba was hard and very chewy. Gotta admit that I hated it and it took me three hours to drink the thing (too expensive at 60NT to just toss). Would not be back again but if you're curious about the queue go ahead and try...

This milk tea shop was recommended by locals and we were definitely not disappointed. Didn't see this brand in many places, maybe not as many outlets as other brands, so if you see this, just try now! Ordered the following: 煮浓那堤 - this is black tea base.
