Wonderful experience at Mizue alongside the beautiful new property that’s Capella Taipei. Staff in Mizue extremely attentive and warm making me feel like a friend the moment I arrived.

Chef Hara and his team being conversational in mandarin were a pleasant surprise and it goes without saying that both their skills and food were top notch.

Special shoutout to Michael who was the sommelier / lead for the evening - his recommendations were all on point particularly the new age sparkling sake. The conversations were particularly enjoyable as well.
