Wilbeck Cafe — Restaurant in Taipei

The strong coffee aroma is the signature of this shop. You can smell it once you are at the door. The place has lots of vintage deco, and is good for either small group gathering on the sofa, or working on laptops at the tables. Seats are limited, and are usually gone during lunch hours as many offices are near this cafe. Takeout is also very popular here, and they make the coffee only upon ordering. This was one of my favorite coffee shops in Taipei until today! It was such a great place to do work before. I didn't come for a month and when I arrived today, they had remodeled! I'm so sad. Most of the work-friendly seating is gone. Their only 4 person table for working has no outlet, the lighting is so bright now and they have a HUGE coffee bar taking up most of the space now.
