We came here for their burgers and snacks, drawn by their high-quality Japanese culture cafe vibe and strong reviews. The interior is bright, but tables are packed close together, and it was noisy during a fully booked lunch.
FOOD:
The menu blends European dishes with Japanese ingredients. We ordered their recommended teriyaki beef burger, a pasta dish, and a dessert. The burger was a huge disappointment, the worst we’ve had. The patty was thin, dry, and overcooked to well-done. The thickly sliced tomato (over 1 cm) was tasteless and ruined the experience, the teriyaki sauce was a poor match, and the bun was overly bready, overpowering everything. 1/5. The seafood pasta had perfectly al dente, smooth, and springy spaghetti, but the sauce was bland, only salvaged by added garlic. It lacked thickness and flavor, though the seafood was tender and well-cooked. Overall, the pasta was average, 3/5. The dessert, however, was delightful—not too sweet, well-balanced with varied textures, 5/5. The coffee was also exceptional.
SERVICE:
Service was good. Orders can be placed via an app, but it’s in Chinese, so the waiter kindly took our order and helped with recommendations.
VERDICT:
Expecting a stellar lunch with fresh local ingredients and Japanese flair, we were let down by poorly executed food. This was the worst burger we’ve tried (out of over 10 burger joints visited). I’d recommend coming for their amazing coffee and desserts but skipping the...

We ordered the burger set with starter and the pasta set with dessert. The volume looked small, but was in fact quite enough.
The fried chicken were very tasty. The burger was unique. The pasta was really good. The apple pie with ice cream was literally icing on the cake.
The only non cash payment was LINE pay, I’m a tad uncomfortable with this because the menu isn’t the cheapest, and I don’t often carry that kind of...
