週末的晚上訂位這間餐廳， 當晚我們運氣很好（對店家不好意思😅） 現場只有五桌，所以沒有很吵， 用餐的感受非常舒服。 由於剛2025開胃菜的部分選擇了，特色菜品 海鮮盅 應該是蒸蛋料理，餡料採用了蝦子、蟹肉、鮭魚，食材相當新鮮且彈牙，迅速完食。 湯品選擇了 松露蕈菇濃湯，喜歡他們把這道口味沒做很重，口味上中規中矩。 沙拉的部分我跟我老婆各選了不同的， 兩種口味都有吃到， 美麗島優格沙拉的優格不會太甜， 水果也很新鮮。 我則是點了烏魚子凱撒沙拉， 這道菜比較特別，要自己切蘿蔓蔬 不過醬料的部分個人口味希望芥末籽的味道再多一些就更棒了。 主食 精選台塑牛小排 是用低溫烘烤的牛排，口感非常的柔嫩，不會讓人吃起來覺得乾乾的，推薦使用他們的牛肉醬以及蒜片一起吃。 肋眼牛排 吃得出來有在烤過，表麵的肉吃起來有脆脆的口感，這道沒有使用任何醬其實就很好吃。 最後的甜點我們一起點了一份烤布蕾，不會很甜，反倒是紅茶偏甜😂 整體的用餐及服務沒什麼好挑剔的， 吃完整個超飽。 CP值還蠻棒的，值得推薦的餐廳。 ps:小食量的套餐記得選B，不然會吃太撐😂

加260元升級A套餐，會有麵包、前菜、湯、沙拉和飲料，甜點需另外加購。 店面小小的，座位不多，氣氛偏安靜，店員不太會主動介紹，但是如果有問她，通常可以獲得蠻清楚的答復。 雜糧麵包有加桂圓，沾奶油吃口味尚可，前菜魚子醬燻鮭魚卷也蠻普通的，蘑菇濃湯不行，粉味太多，喝起來很廉價（雖然放了不少料）；至於沙拉，不得不說真的特別讓人眼睛為之一亮：這次吃的凱薩沙拉，竟然是整顆羅曼葉，剝好、洗好然後再排列成一顆完整羅曼葉的樣子，所以必須用刀叉切著吃，很特別的體驗。咖啡普普，起司蛋糕裡面有包巧克力，還不錯吃。 最後來說主菜，招牌的台塑牛排真的叫人驚艷，帶骨的牛肉經過幾天醃漬再慢烤幾小時後，全熟的牛肉鬆軟多汁，味道很好，然後肉靠近骨頭的部分有一層筋膜，經過上述慢烤方式後，筋膜變得軟嫩好吃。尤其今天吃的是第八根肋骨的肉（店家都用第6、7、8根肋骨位置的肉），這個位置的肉會稍微比較大塊一點，筋也比較多，適合喜歡吃肉吃筋的人。 整體來說蠻划算的，但其他配菜其實不是很實惠，未來可能會再來單點吃牛排就好！

Simply delicious, some of the best western food I have had in Taiwan. The service is also Impeccable. Quite good value for money considering the quality of the food and service....
