皇泰泰 泰式船麵 — Restaurant in Xinyi District

Thai boat noodles, the focus is on the soup, if it tastes good, it will make you want it again. The soup here really has a Thai flavor. The description on the wall says it is stewed with a variety of Thai spices. It is almost 80% similar to what you eat in Thailand. I am very impressed ~ the ingredients include a lot of pork slices and bean sprouts. Vegetables, nine-story pagoda, 1 small tribute ball and well-braised and delicious radish. The "Thai Hot and Sour Milk Noodles" soup is not only sour, spicy, fragrant and salty, but also has a bit of milky flavor. The soup is richer and has the shadow of Tom Yum Kung soup....

The staff is Thai, and the restaurant gives off a strong local Thai vibe with the music, setting, and simple decoration.

However, the taste of the Tom Yum noodle is a bit different from the local version, but I think it’s been adjusted to make it more drinkable for Taiwanese. I still enjoy it, as it has a good taste, but it’s just not that similar to real Tom Yum I always have.
