Interesting place.

The good - environment, response to feedback, food is solid, coffee is good, no time limit, local art.

The needs improvement - pricing seems a bit high.

I did have a good experience overall. It started off a bit rocky with a request for an additional condiment that wasn't met but the follow up response was positive which is a great sign.

I probably should have addressed the issue face to face with the staff but I was not really expecting much support and I was put off by it. However, they proactively approached me to explain which was appreciated. I am glad to see employees respond to gaps in customer service.

Google reviews are effective and businesses that respond favorably to feedback are worth visiting.

Awful experience. Totally overpriced with zero service. 480 NTD for a flat white, a vanilla latte and a slice of cheesecake. And I was supposed to go pick up my fork myself, how about bringing it with the plate? Climax of the joke, I was asked to dispose of our plates and cups myself before leaving. These 480 are still badly stuck...
