最差的用餐體驗，沒有之一。

18:30準時入座，中間數次催促、告知入座2小時內必須結束用餐，但直到1小時45分後，才上第一道餐。

入座時只有我們一組客人，外場也僅有一位男服務生，其有先解釋部分菜色有調整或不全，但沒想到是必須枯等105分鐘才能用第一道餐。

枯等過程中，幾次詢問男店員能否快點出餐，其每次說已在裝盤，但全是敷衍的藉口，根本就沒有開始做我們點的餐，甚至連只是沙拉都不出餐⋯

等到20:15後，沒出的餐點完全不想再浪費時間等，只好請服務生取消，結帳走人。（點了四樣餐點，最後只出了牛排跟燉飯，口味都很普通）

入座一個小時後陸續只有3組客人，卻還是無法出餐。既然人手不足以營業，一開始就應該跟客人清楚告知，不是隨便承諾客人會在時限前出餐，卻又數次跳票！如早點誠實告知無法準時出餐，至少還能讓人選擇至其他餐廳用餐，省得浪費時間枯等。

雖然男店員態度是好的，但完全不尊重客人的時間！中間數次告知入座2小時內必須結束用餐，等了1小時45分才出第一道菜，餐點口味也很普通，完全不值得來訪！

The worst dining experience ever, bar none.

We were seated promptly at 6:30 PM. Throughout the meal, we were repeatedly reminded that we had to finish dining within two hours. However, the first dish was not served until 1 hour and 45 minutes after we were seated.

At the time of our arrival, we were the only group of customers, and there was only one male server in the front of the house. He explained that some menu items had been adjusted or were unavailable, but we never expected to wait 105 minutes just for the first dish.

During the long wait, we repeatedly asked the server if the food could be served faster. Each time, he claimed the dishes were being plated, but these were clearly just empty excuses. It was obvious that our order hadn’t even been started, as not even a simple salad was served.

By 8:15 PM, we were done wasting our time waiting for the remaining dishes and decided to cancel them, pay, and leave. Out of the four items we ordered, only the steak and risotto were served, and both were mediocre in taste.

Even after an hour, there were only three more groups of customers, yet the kitchen still couldn’t keep up. If they lacked the manpower to operate properly, they should have been upfront about it from the beginning. Instead, they made empty promises to serve the food within the time limit and failed repeatedly. Had they been honest earlier about the delays, we could have chosen another restaurant and saved our time.

While the male server’s attitude was polite, the complete disregard for the customers’ time was unacceptable. Being served the first dish 1 hour and 45 minutes after being seated, with food that was utterly average, made this visit...

the live music was great and the vibe was great. but the waiter was so rude its crazy. firstly, he asked us “why r u guys sitting here?” i dont even know what to answer, we cant pick our seats?! then he asked someone else “why didnt u tell me u want to sit here?” that girl told him, she had already told the other waiter. like fix ur behavior. then he took our orders. the menu is all in english. so we used our fluent english to order. he looked at us as if we’re crazy and he said he doesnt understand. so we had to like point it out to him. its the waiter with his hair covering his eyes btw. im sorry but maybe this review can...

I have never written a review before, but my experience was so terrible that I need to make sure no one steps foot in this restaurant again. We ordered 3 entrees in total but WAITED 1.5 HOURS for only one order to be served. Sat down at 6:15, left at 7:50 with ONE take out risotto. The risotto was the most mid tier dish I’ve ever had in my life. Small portion, terrible flavor and texture, just not worth your money. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to waste your time, money, and life away. Also, the waitress was super rude and gave us bad estimates of when the food would come.
