One-of-a-kind Italian fusion ramen. Really special! I love their cheese and Parma ham — it sounds heavy, but the clear broth balances out the richness perfectly. The flavors are just right, and I could finish the whole bowl without feeling overwhelmed at all.

Another favorite of mine is the coriander ramen — super tangy, like a bowl of spicy Thai yum dish (Thai Salad)! It’s bold, salty, and sourrrrrrrr and packed with fresh coriander. Definitely not for the faint of heart, but I loved it. So flavorful and delicious!

I really want to try their tomato ramen, but it’s only available after May when tomatoes are in season. Also, the portions are huge — easily enough for two meals. Totally...

What a nice "lighter" spin on traditional ramen. The chicken broth version was delicious and made for a nice light lunch. The Yuzu-Chicken broth ramen was also excellent. Noodles just cooked el dented, not mushy. Interesting other menu choices include an option with cheese, one with tomatoes and another with cilantro.
