I think the food isn’t half bad but like many have complained, they really need to work on service. Despite belonging to the same group as GonnaEat, they have different rules regarding minimum orders, and I think the staff can do a much better job at explaining it than just snobbishly reply they are not the same brand as GonnaEat.
Furthermore, I do not understand why they charge service fee when they essentially provide the same service as GonnaEat, and the food is evidently more greasy and of smaller portion.
