The service, maybe the people, some of them were not suitable to work at the hospitality business The waitress asked what water I wanted. I said flat. She didn’t bring any after that. Why asked?

Bread and salad came together. Which was fine. Maybe they were busy. No one really smiled. Then couple of them pretended they didn’t see you when asking for service. So strange. I realized I ordered a wrong set lunch menu cause the onion soup was not good as last time. I came here before. Service was same. Strange and slow.

Then the pasta came, the long lean black hair lady waitress just left all the plates on the table and she wanted to turn around and left the pasta. I told her to clean up the plates. Those were finished.

I felt like they didn’t want to be attentive to some customers. Not sure why.

From the photo, u could see the chef from afar. This poor chef was standing and chatting w these two entitled customers for a long 30 mins when he in service. How could people do this!

Food was great. The pasta was really delicious. The bread olive spread was yummy.

I have no problem w the food. But if the service and the servers continue to be in such sub par attitude, entitled attitude serving entitled people, I rather choose other places to dine for enjoyment. If people can’t eat well, we can’t disgust the food properly.

I skipped the drink cause service was just so slow and no one cared for how your food tasted. No single person came ask. There weee more than half dozen people working there for half dozen tables.

Nice hotel, nice cafe in the hotel, with a great view of the courtyard, big tall green trees! Now, if they could only serve delicious food, which they didn't. The food was not bad bad, but the club sandwich was not up to par. The shrimp pasta was okay. The beef noodles were sub-par! We had problems with the latte which came with the pasta set, it was terrible! They agreed to re-do one and the new one was better. What I thought was bad was the explanation the manager gave for the bad latte, she said they made latte differently depending on whether it came as part of the set lunch or ordered separately. Are you kidding me! A latte is a latte! You could have told me that latte could not be offered as part of the set lunch or there would be an extra charge. But you don't give customer a terrible latte just because it was part of...

The food here doesn’t taste good for such a price. I ordered Seafood Paella and French onion soup. Not what I have expected the price here is in the high range. The seafood paella priced at about $680 ntd and the onion soup is about $270 ntd. And it taste nothing like it’s worth the price. I rather have some local Taiwanese food or Japanese food for this price. I think people will pay for just the environment of the restaurant as it seems very quiet and high class. I wouldn’t want to come here for just the food. Or maybe other variety of food maybe taste better than what I have ordered. But overall I wouldn’t want to come back to pay for this again.
