請問打電話事先訂餐的意義在哪呀？ 我11:00打電話訂餐 說中午過去拿 中午過去的時候到櫃檯 戴眼鏡的男店員跟我說還是要排隊噢 當下覺得蠻傻眼 但還是排了 看前面排隊的客人都是點餐結帳店員轉身拿已經set好的配菜便當最後再加上主食拿給客人 然後我排隊了8分鐘到我的時候結帳店員從旁邊拿已經做好晾在旁邊的便當給我 我很想請問 打電話預先訂餐的意義在哪？打電話點餐不就是不想等想要更快地拿到餐點嗎？然後我還要乾等8分鐘才拿到早就做好放在旁邊的餐點..? 所以現場排隊和打電話訂餐的差別是 一個是拿到熱騰騰的便當 一個是拿到常溫/冷掉的便當嗎？ 不明白這個點餐的流程... 店內的員工要不要好好討論一下你們的sop啊？？ 如果覺得打電話點餐的客人要這樣越過排隊的客人拿餐點不公平的話 那你可以在電話裡事先告知 要不要排就是客人的選擇 啥都沒說...
